We charge Per Day .i.e. Days of arrival and departure are counted as whole days and are charged accordingly. We do not insist your cat is collected by a certain time as we charge by the day they are with us.

Should a cat be collected before the booked departure date, the full occupancy fee will still be charged. 

There is a minimum stay / charge throughout the year of 3 days.

To counter the inflation and increased costs that is affecting every aspect of business cost and to help us to continue to provide the very best service that we can, the daily rate prices will need to be adjusted by an increase of £0.50 per cat per day from 1st June 2023.

Our new prices per day are -

 1 Cat - £15 

2 Cats sharing - £21.50

3 Cats sharing - £27.50

4 Cats sharing - £33

We do not charge for administering insulin injections, basic oral or topical medication or grooming, however medicines must be in clearly labelled containers stating the cat’s name, the frequency and dosage requirements and completed in full on the booking form.

If you need to cancel your booking or you need to change/amend your booking in any way, please let us know a minimum of 7 days before your arrival date otherwise the full amount of the original booking will still be payable.
