IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT OUR COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS

As a valued customer of Teme Acre Cattery, we would like to update you on how we are dealing with the situation related to the COVID-19 Coronavirus. Whilst we remain operational and open for business, the health of our clients and cats, is of the utmost importance to us. We’re staying close to the advice from the Government to make sure we’re taking the right precautions.

As a result, in order to protect everyone from the risk of infection, we have put the following  strict procedures in place

• You can book your cats stay here with us via our website contact page, email or calling us.

• We are afraid under the current circumstance and guidelines, we will no longer be allowing anyone to enter the Cattery or Reception Area.
• We will be happy to give you a virtual tour via Whatsapp of the cattery, please call us to arrange a virtual viewing. 

• All drop offs and collections will be strictly to an agreed specific time. 
• We will contact you a minimum of 2 days prior to your drop off date to confirm drop off time and collection time, in order to minimise your potential contact with other clients.
• We appreciate that sometimes one can get delayed and if that is the case please call to agree a revised time.

• Please email us the booking form and scanned/photographed vaccination.
• If you are unable to email, please call us so that we can agree appropriate handover of documents.

• Please arrive at the specific agreed time.
• We would like to request customers dropping off their cat/s, to place their secure carrier beforehand, either on the back seat or boot of the car, along with any medication.
• We will collect your cat directly from the car maintaining social distance and wearing personal protective equipment, PPE.
• Pet carrier along with any medication items being dropped off will be disinfected by use of veterinary approved antibacterial spray.
• Your pet will also be given a wipe down with pet safe disposable damp cloth on arrival and just before collection.
• On arrival to collect, we would like to request customers to remain in your car.
• We will bring your cat and any medication out to you and place them in the back seat/boot, maintaining social distance and wearing PPE. 

• Unfortunately, but until further notice in order to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we can no longer allow any beds, soft toys or blankets from home.
• Please remove any cat collars before arrival.

• We request payments to be made via Bank Transfer as much as possible, where this cannot be done, please inform us in advance for Cash payment.

• If you or anyone in your household feels unwell with symptoms of the virus, or if you have been diagnosed with the virus, or need to self-isolate whilst your cat is with us, please inform us as soon as you can.
• Please do not come onto the premises yourself. 
• Someone ELSE must drop your pet off who has not been in contact with you since showing symptoms.
• If you need to pick an animal up, then someone ELSE must collect your pet who has not been in contact with you since showing symptoms.
• Your pet will be held in our Isolation pen initially as precaution and after 3 days we will move your cat to the main cattery.
